Sauce preparation method
Mix the all above ingredients
Ingredients:
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tbsp of rice vinegar
1 tsp of sesame oil
2 tbsp of schezwan chutney
2 tbsp of soya sauce
2 Tbsp of Cornstarch
Recipe
Step 1 Add the Tofu pieces to a separate mixing bowl
Step 2 Now add 2 Tbsps of Cornstarch with some salt as per taste
Step 3 Mix well so that all pieces are coated well and now add some oil in a pan and add tofu pieces in it.
Step 4 Stir Fry on low heat till it gets golden brown in colour
Methods
Take a fresh pan and add some oil, now add 2 small pieces of dry red chili and 1 tbsp of garlic and ginger paste. Then, stir them well
Now, add 1/2 cup of Broccoli florets and 1/2 cup carrot. Then Saute them for few secs
Add 1 medium size onion quartered and petals separated
Now add 1/2 cup each of Yellow, red, and green bell peppers, cut in squares, saute them for few minutes.
Add 1 tbsp of chopped spring onions and some salt to taste, Stir well.
Now, add the Sauce we prepared earlier and mix them well.
Now add Stir-fried Tofu pieces and mix them well for few minutes until all tofu pieces are coated well with the sauce.
Your dish is ready.
Now Garnish the dish with finely chopped spring onions
